• Tiered shipping charges are available through Crocs.com.hk.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or HK public holiday WILL NOT be processed until the following business day.

  • Delivery available for Hong Kong, Macau and outlying islands. Please allow 5-6 business days for delivery after orders are processed. The delivery time may take longer during public holidays, we will not be responsible for any delay caused.

  • No delivery will be made to P.O. boxes.

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank/gazette holidays in the country.
